Welcome to extramural study! I am your EXMSS Area Rep for Christchurch and can be your first point of call if you are having difficulties with your studies – I may not be doing the same papers as you, but I can try and put you in touch with other students doing the same paper. I have lots of good study tips and exam tips. I am an ‘ear’ to listen when you are frustrated and just need to talk to another student who may understand. I can help you to set up study groups and can help make them effective. Also Massey – sometimes it’s hard to find the right person to talk to. If you can’t find that person, maybe I can help – and if I can’t I will try to find out and let you know!

I can also help you find resources within your community and a wealth of other things. I can be contacted at home as above – remember I am a student, mother, and worker too, so please leave me a message if you get the answerphone.

Have fun with your extramural study - it will be a challenge scheduling study into everyday commitments, but we can help you with strategies to manage that. Then you can enjoy the rewards of passing those papers. Keep motivated and here's to a great year of study!
